Natascha and Steve began talking about starting a food truck in March of 2015 which hit the road July of 2016. The voyage to get the truck moving had many ups and downs. One of the highlights came when Natascha interned at Brazen while getting the truck on the road, she learned valuable lessons around a professional kitchen, but the seeds were planted a long time ago.
